All payments made through our Services are securely handled by Stripe, our trusted payment processor. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant, ensuring the highest standards of payment security. • Project Files: Retained for up to 7 days from the last update if the project is not yet completed. For completed projects, files are retained for 3 days from the completion date. Files may also be permanently deleted earlier if the user deletes the project from their dashboard.
• Rendered Files: Retained for 3 days after the rendering process is completed and deleted permanently after that or when users delete the respective project from their dashboard.

Users can delete their projects and files directly from their dashboard, resulting in permanent erasure from our systems.

6. Security

We prioritize the security of your personal information and implement industry-standard measures to protect it, including:

• Data encryption during transfer (HTTPS) and at rest.
• Access controls to limit unauthorized access to sensitive information.
• Regular monitoring and auditing of systems for vulnerabilities.
