Lowest cost per frame. For work that can wait overnight.
Pricing, without the math.
Upload a project. We evaluate your actual scene on the farm, then quote you a fixed price and a delivery time, with four real test frames for you to check. That is the whole pricing model. There is nothing to convert, nothing to configure, and nothing to work out in advance.
What you are not being asked to do.
Priced in GHz-hours, OctaneBench-hours, core-hours or credits. Work out how many of them a 360 frame Cycles animation at 1920x1080 needs. Then multiply.
$22.99
The quoted price for that exact project, in your own currency. It is one of the real jobs further down this page.
A calculator asks you for a frame count and how long a frame takes on your own machine, then returns an estimate. The invoice is free to disagree with it.
Four real test frames.
We render your actual scene before quoting it, so the figure comes from the render rather than from a model of the render. The evaluation is free and the frames are yours.
A base rate, then a priority multiplier, then a volume tier, then whatever the credit pack happened to be worth on the day you bought it.
Three tiers.
Economy, Standard and Express, each already a final figure with its own delivery time. You pick a line, not a formula.
Choose a node type. Choose a server tier. Rent the machine, connect to it over remote desktop, manage the session, watch the log.
Press start.
There is nothing to configure. Your Blender version, engine, scene and output settings are read off the file you uploaded.
Tax appearing at the checkout screen, transfer fees, a surcharge for the output format you happened to export in.
Nothing is added.
The number you approve is the number you pay. Everything is already inside it.
Install a desktop submission client, then keep it updated alongside Blender itself.
A browser.
Or LaunchControl, our free add-on, if you would rather never leave Blender. It packages the project and submits it from inside your workspace.
One decision: how fast.
There is one lever, and you pull it after the evaluation rather than before it. It is not queue position: nothing waits behind anything else and every job is treated with the same care. What the tier changes is how much of the farm your render runs on, which is why the render time moves and the price with it. By then you are looking at three real prices for your own project with the three render times worked out from it, so the trade is in front of you instead of in a table of rates. If the farm cannot meet a tier's time at that moment, the tier is not offered, so the three times in front of you are the ones it can deliver.
The default balance of speed and cost.
Fastest delivery. For the deadline you are already late for.
What the lever is worth is different for every project, which is why we do not publish a ratio. The jobs below each carry the Standard and Express quotes they actually received, so you can read the trade on real work.
Jobs that ran here, and what they cost.
Every figure on this page comes from one of these. Each is a project that ran on the farm, quoted by the same evaluation yours would get, and each demo file is downloadable, so you can submit the same scene and compare what you are told with what is written here. Prices in USD.

What the number covers, and what happens if it does not hold.
- The evaluation is free
- Four test frames from your own scene, a price and a delivery time, at no cost and with no account. You sign in only when you decide to start the render.
- The quote is the price
- Nothing is added at the checkout screen and nothing arrives afterwards. The figure you approve is the whole of it.
- If the render starts short of machines
- The farm checks as your render starts. If fewer nodes come up than it was planned on, the delivery time on your dashboard is updated, part of the price is refunded to your balance, and you get an email saying so.
- A failed render is refunded
- If a job fails, the amount spent is returned to your balance automatically, ready for a retry or your next render. Ask us and it can go back to the payment method you used instead, as the terms set out. It is written into clause 6 of the terms, not left to goodwill.
- Balance is optional
- Pay the quoted amount for a single render at checkout, or load balance once if you render often and would rather not check out every time. It is a convenience, not a currency you have to buy into.
- Your files stay yours
- Projects are isolated for their whole lifecycle and never persisted on rendering nodes. Finished renders wait in your dashboard for seven days, packed however you want them, then the project and its frames are permanently deleted with the job, or sooner if you delete it yourself.
The things people ask before they upload.
Do I need an account to find out what a render costs?
No. You can upload a project and receive a full evaluation, with four test frames, a price and a delivery time, as a guest. You only sign in when you decide to start the render, and the evaluation is still waiting for you when you do.
How long does the evaluation take?
It is a real evaluation of your own scene on the farm, so it depends on the scene. A light project takes minutes. A heavy one can take up to around half an hour. You do not have to stay on the page while it runs.
Can the price change after I approve it?
No. The figure you approve is the figure you pay. There is no hourly meter running behind it and no reconciliation afterwards.
What happens if a render fails?
The amount spent is automatically refunded to your balance. See clause 6. If you would rather have it back on the card you paid with, contact us and we will look at it.
Do I have to buy credit up front?
No. Because the price is already worked out, you can pay exactly that amount at checkout for a single render. Balance exists so that someone rendering several projects a week does not go through a checkout every time, and that is the only reason it exists.
Which currencies can I be charged in?
USD, EUR and GBP. The worked examples on this page are in USD. Payments are handled by Stripe, and no card details are stored or processed by us.
How large can a project be?
Up to 10 GB per project, and as many projects as you like. If a project uses third party add-ons, LaunchControl packages them with it.
